Meet The Team
"I'm personally passionate about assisting Small Business owners market and grow their companies."
President
Rusty Dycus

Rusty was an insurance agent initially, desperate to come up with a marketing plan to save his agency. After interviewing 15+ successful insurance agents, he created our first Handwritten Direct Mail Campaign. Within five months of doing handwritten home mailers, Rusty and his team took his Allstate Agency from dying to profitable. Later he sold his Allstate agency to focus on his thriving marketing company.
In today's crazy world, marketing is the backbone of a successful business. Our company focuses on helping YOU take your company to the next level!

“My absolute favorite part of my job is being able to spend my time with an amazing and hilarious team!”
~Hanz Dycus
Direct Mail Operations & Hiring Manager
Hanz Dycus

I was born in Berryville and have been back home for about a year. I'm really enjoying be a part of a company that really feels like a family. My favorite part of this chaotic "family" is easily my coworkers and hand writers. From the friendships found in the production crew to the friendly chats with hand writers, work doesn't feel like work.
When not working I enjoy spending time with family, reading, and playing video games with friends. I have also recently gotten back into fashion and costume design as a hobby.

It feels like a family here and I wouldn’t change it my decision to work here for anything.
~Mia Espinoza
Part Time Folding Machine Operator
Mia Espinoza

When I moved to Berryville from California, I never thought I’d stay out here long. My family decided to move back to California a year after being here, but I decided I wanted to stay and finish high school at Berryville High. I got a waitress job at 15 and moved in with some friends. At 16 I left my waitress job and started at McDonald’s. At 18 and still in high school I became manager. I worked at McDonald’s, addressed envelopes and made crafts for extra money. The end of 2021 I got offered a job folding envelopes and have loved every minute.
