Olde School Marketing added two new leaders to the marketing agency’s sales team to manage continued growth and expand into new markets for the company’s key customer segments, including insurance and financial services, auto dealerships, and small businesses.

Tracy Holmes, new VP of sales, is

Holmes manages, coaches, and mentors sales teams. His expertise spans numerous business areas, including business development, national account sales with leading U.S. chains, and strong customer service programming and development.

Pace has served more than 25 years in advisory, sales, marketing, and strategy development positions. As senior consultant for business, and former Allstate insurance-agency owner, he brings unique skills understanding effective tactics for practical success plus high-level strategic planning that he shares with each and every client.

Olde School Marketing President Rusty Dycus said the new appointments will provide depth of service and leadership for the company’s new strategic initiatives, especially its unique offering of handwritten direct mail and cards.

Direct mail continues to be the second largest advertising spend category, following television advertising. Research has demonstrated that direct mail has higher response rates than email and digital advertising, and handwritten mail has even higher response.
