The basic steps to be a hand-writer are easy:

1. Be assigned a day (Monday-Thursday)

2. On your assigned day you pick up your project tray and take it home

3. Address the provided envelops or cards with the information from the mailers

4. Seal each envelope

5. Bring back seven days later, on your assigned day
