ERC Tax Credit Rewards Business Survivors

This money helps move forward

One government program helping small-business recovery is the Employee Retention Credit or ERC, which is a generous stimulus program designed to help businesses hurt by pandemic shutdown and supply-chain disruptions.

The program is severely underutilized because of its extremely complex tax code and qualifications. Businesses should file quickly, though, because once money is spent the credit goes away.

Changes in federal tax laws give small businesses tax credits up to $26,000 per W2 employee, and more.

Recent legislative adjustments to the CARES Act’s Employee Retention Credit (ERC) adjusted timing and removed restrictions to claim funding – making it easier for small businesses to receive money from the $400 billion program.

But file now before it goes away

We used ERC Specialists and will be receiving a very helpful tax credit for our business.
