Because of his background in marketing and business development, Rusty started his new company to assist insurance agents, real estate agents, professionals, and small business owners to find customers and close sales.
Olde School Marketing represents a combined 79 years of marketing experience in a wide range of disciplines. From corporate marketing leadership to entrepreneurial successes, the team has individually and collectively logged continued achievement.
We’ve built a team of passionate and thoughtful storytellers who put immense amounts of effort into producing great results for our clients. Rusty Dycus has created, produced, and executed marketing initiatives at the executive level for corporations plus developed creative small-business marketing, and even turned around an insurance agency from near bankruptcy into a residual-producing powerhouse. His team has expertise in graphic design, CRM systems, data and data analytics, production, fulfillment, and more.
The team continues to apply creativity and innovation using new-school marketing but they don’t forget foundational values of old-school marketing that gets the message out and compels people to respond.
Areas of special focus include aggressively identifying opportunities for each client, developing focus, and providing tactical business solutions. Successful new business development, competitive market share expansion, and customer relationship development are key components in Olde School Marketing’s tool bag for continued growth.
We value and support individual initiative through teamwork, participation, creativity, and giving back to the community. A portion of our profits goes to local community charities and services, including Operation Kidsafe and the Northwest Arkansas Children's Shelter.
